On April 26, 2018, Fabienne Clauss received, on behalf of the Benoît Chamoux Foundation, an “Honorary Membership Certificate” from the Himalayan Trust Nepal in the presence of all her prestigious Board members and the current director of Himalayan Trust, Mr. Mingma Norbu Sherpa. A recognition of all the work done to educate orphaned Sherpa children since 1996. On April 14, 2018, she also received a Certificate of Appreciation co-signed by a member of the Nepalese government, in the presence of all Sherpa families and children helped by the Foundation.
